I've lived in the apartment since it was new 2006, im a sociable, friendly, easy going chilled guy, I am extremely tidy (Not OCD tidy, but the place is always kept very clean).I'm a London black taxi driver and I work most evenings so if you're a normal 9-5 hours working person, you would have the whole apartment to yourself most nights.

Also have a very well trained small dog called Roxy, so someone who likes dogs is a must.
