The house is about 5-6 minutes walking distance from Eastcode underground station (piccadilly line and Metropolitan line). 1 minute walking distance to a 24 hours bus station.

There are two free car park bays available in the entrance of the house. Also, street car park outside the house.

There are also shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, etc nearby.

All housemates are professionals, non-smokers, friendly, quiet.

The rent is including all bills. All rooms are available from 02/08/2014.
