Hi there, thank you for visiting this ad. I have a large double bedroom available for rent in Ruislip (Met and Pic lines plus many buses). The flat is a two bedroom so sharing with just myself. Looking to share with someone who is clean (sharing the housework a must!), tidy and respectful of each other's space. The flat is not the one shown in the picture - it is more secluded with the front door not visible from the street.

1. There is a 6 month subtenancy to sign to begin with. If you decide to leave before that time then you will be liable to pay for the remaining months of rent on the contract
2. The deposit will need to be paid a week before the move in date of the 26th March and the rent will need to be paid on the moving in day.
3. Will you be able to provide a reference from work to confirm permanent employment?

(I have been messed around by a previous subtenant so wanted to make the above clear).
