Large Double Room in 3 bed House in Beautiful Area

Hi housemate to be! We are two female professionals looking for a third housemate to share our lovely home. You have a choice between a large double room, and a very large double room (Laura will take the bigger room if the smaller one is preferred) in a big house on a lovely quiet street, halfway between Ruislip Manor and Eastcote tube stations (less than half a mile each way) so easy walking distance to metropolitan, piccadilly and central lines and Ruislip Manor and Eastcote high streets. The rooms are rented as unfurnished but the wardrobe may be staying and we may be able to keep the bed also.

The house is semi-detached and comprises a large entrance hallway, fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons incl. washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, downstairs W/C, huge bright living / dining room with high ceilings, a large sunny bay window and open fire (lovely at Christmas!) and patio doors leading to a very large, private and mature garden where we follow the sunshine from the house to the back fence in the Summer!

Upstairs are the bedrooms and the very large main bathroom with bath and separate power shower. We've also got ample driveway and on-street parking, a large garage with an extra fridge/freezer, and a small garden shed. Virgin TV and super fast broadband.

We are very easygoing, love a natter over a glass of vino or a movie night, but we do appreciate a housemate who values a clean home, their own space and a relaxed home life. Must like dogs as we have two older medium-sized pooches (Laura is a dog trainer). They are good as gold and love a snuggle if you're willing.
