Large, bright and spacious Double Room studio in annexe of our home - located at the side of the house and overlooking the garden - is available for immediate rent. The annexe has its own private access both from the road and also into the garden.

We are a non-smoking family of 3 (2 adults and our teenager, with no pets).

* Own W. C & Basin (shared shower & bath available in the main part of the house)
* Private access via the driveway therefore no need to go through the main house
* Microwave, Kettle and Fridge/Freezer provided
* Off Street Parking

The main bathroom and kitchen are located within the house and would be shared. The room is partially furnished with a TV, shelving unit, CD Player and the amenities already mentioned above. A bed and/or wardrobe can be provided if needed.

Would ideally suit a non-smoking, male, professional, aged 30 plus who likes their own space and privacy. Very good transport links with South Ruislip station (Zone 5 - Central Line and Chiltern Railways) approx. 5 mins walking distance and gets into Central London in less than 30 mins. Ruislip Manor Station (Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines) is a 15 min walk or a short bus ride (114 bus route). Also less than 30 mins drive to Heathrow and 10 mins drive into Uxbridge

This is for a 7 day a week rental, however, we would consider a 5 day (Monday - Friday) let and rent would be adjusted accordingly.
