Double Bedroom Short Term in a Great House Share

Short-Term lodging on a rolling basis, monthly (725pcm) or weekly or (170pw) with no minimum stay
House is on the market to be sold. The sale date is unknown, but the room will be available to rent until at least July 2024, possible much longer.
This will work for someone who is in between accommodation, needs a stop-gap or just needs accommodation for now.
You'll be kept in the loop, with a minimum of 6 weeks notice from my end.
I'll only require 4 weeks from you.
Inclusive of all bills (council tax, electricity, gas, water, internet, TV)
Deposit is 725 (equal to 1 month)
Landlord is super quick with sorting stuff out!

We are friendly and clean & tidy professionals, who strike a balance between having a laugh or having our own space. Looking for like-minded housemates to welcome into our house-share. We also have a cool Russian Blue cat who is very well-behaved and hypoallergenic.
