This large double bedroom in a great location for the Longcross Studios that are less than a 5 minute drive away., and their is a shuttle bus to the Studios just moments away. Sharing with the female owner and her 2 small friendly dogs!
Weybridge is approximately 5-10 minutes drive
Walton on Thames is approximately 5-10 minutes drive
Chertsey is approximately 10 minutes drive
Staines is less than 15 minutes drive away
You will have sole use of the top floor that has a large double bedroom and spacious bathroom.
The bedroom has plenty of storage space and also comes with tea & coffee facilities and a microwave if you do not want to use the main kitchen. There is also a wall mounted SMART TV for you use.
You will also have use of the main kitchen and dining area. There is parking available on the drive.
Council Tax Band D - all bills included in the price
