We're looking for a professional who enjoys a nice relaxed friendly and respectful atmosphere to enjoy movie nights in, quiz nights, bbqs, etc in permanent employment looking for a place to call home. Shared cleaning responsibilities so everyone chips in. We are a friendly, fun household, get on well and are sociable and respectful of each other's own space.. The room has a double bed & tons of wardrobes & storage space & desk & is nice and quiet. Own bed can be brought in if preferred. Off street parking and secure bike & kayak/paddleboard store (we are near the Thames). The rent is £750pcm/room for single occupancy inc all bills. Our lovely large detached house is in a quiet attractive leafy residential area with lots of private off street parking and unrestricted parking in the road. & is situated within the village of Upper Halliford that has its own friendly village community and is within a short stroll to a selection of local shops catering for daily needs, pubs, health & golf clubs & Squires Garden Centre with it's lovely cafe bar. Shepperton village has a traditional bustling High Street and we have one of the most picturesque stretches of the River Thames. on our doorstep Both Shepperton and Upper Halliford railway stations (53 minutes to London Waterloo) are within approximately 1 mile. For the motorist, Junction 1, M3, the start of the A316 to London and Junction 11, M25 are 2 and 5 miles respectively.
This is a large, comfortably furnished friendly house with a fabulous very large shared eat in kitchen breakfast room with ample storage, fridges & freezers - we all love to cook, we also have a conservatory, 4 shared large reception areas, 3 bathrooms with power showers, separate cloakroom, all mod cons, central heating, and double-glazing. Washing machine, tumble drier, large fridges, freezers & cupboard space for all, superfast Virgin broadband, Virgin TV in the living rooms and lovely sunny spacious south facing private garden with bbq, communal veg patch & a large chalet for bikes etc.
We want people who see it as their home and not just a room but also we all respect each others space. Please note in case you're allergic we do have a very small adorable well behaved dog but he's not great with other dogs so some pets are welcome but I don't think another dog in the house would work. No smoking or vaping in the house. References and deposit required. No agency fees. Please note the minimum stay is 6 months & available to view & move in from 3 November
