Lovely room with dedicat en-suite bath/shower room

Hello,
I am a professional male and have a lovely self contained double room with lots of wardrobe space built in and additional storage in the garage and loft if required. The room has its own ensuite with both a bath and shower. The house is in lovely condition and has a fairly large kitchen etc. It is close to local shops and the larger centres such as Kingston and Walton are not far away. It is located in a quiet cul de sac and is very secure. There is a 24 hour direct bus that runs with the nearest bus stop less than 60 yards from the house.
All bills are included including broadband but if you want to be on the electoral roll then you will have to pay the additional council tax as I currently get the 25% discount. I am out most evenings and at work during the day so the house is yours. Hopefully, you will like my place, its a very nice place to live with lots of pubs and restaurants plus nice walks all around the area.
