Description
I have a lovely studio with its own en-suite shower room and kitchenette area that I am looking to rent to the right person. I am looking for a clean and tidy independent professional.
Could suit someone that works in any of the local schools such as Thamesmead or St Nicks, or works in Heathrow, BP Ashford / St Peter's hospital, Shepperton Studios, Netflix etc.
Happy to consider a Monday to Friday let if required at a discounted rate.
This is a live in landlord situation, so please note I live with my 2 grown up children and only really have one main rule which is no visitors as this is our family home.
The communal areas are the main kitchen and the garden which backs down to the river Ash. In the summertime this is lovely to sit in.
The room has it's own kitchen area which consists of kitchen sink, worktop, units, fridge, I can provide a separate microwave, air fryer, kettle and toaster if required, however any other cooking will need to be done in the main family kitchen.
Reasonable bills are included such as water, gas, electric, council tax, digital TV aerial point, and the use of the washing machine and dryer (in winter only) a couple of times per month. There are no parking restrictions on the road.
Please note I will be conducting a full reference check which will consist of work and previous tenant references for past three years, copies of 4 months payslips for affordability check and a basic (DBS) disclosures check (which costs £18 but I will reimburse you for via deduction from the first month’s rent).
