Room to share available

A huge double bedroom is available to share with an existing roommate. The room is large with 2 separate beds (one queen-sized and one single).

I am looking for a friendly woman (preferably) to share the room with. The total rent of the room is £600, which will be divided into two, so you'll pay £300 pcm. The rent includes all bills. You will get your own wardrobe. The house has a shared living room and open plan kitchen and dining space.

The house is owned by a family with two small kids (aged 2 and 4), so if you have a problem with kids then this room isn't for you :)

There is absolutely no problem or preference with age. I am a student and I work part time, so someone with a similar demographic can be a good match. The house is at 10 mins walk from Southall Police Station, from where you can get direct buses to Ealing, White City, Hayes etc.
