Hi all,
My lovely flatmate is moving back home so ….
I have a bright and spacious en-suite double room available in the new(ish) development next to Ealing hospital.
15mins walk to Hanwell station where you can pick up the Elizabeth line.
Hanwell to Paddington in 20mins
Hanwell to Liverpool Street in 30mins
The flat is a 2 bed 2 bath.
The room comes fully furnished with plenty of storage!
There is an additional storage cupboard just opposite the room for sole use of the occupant.
You would also have your own en-suite bathroom with a double shower.
The flat has a good sized balcony that attracts lots of sun in the summer and is gorgeous!
The kitchen is super spacious with lots of storage and a dishwasher which is an added bonus.
There is also a washer drier that's in a separate utility cupboard next to the living room which is handy.
I recently brought a huge corner sofa bed that’s not in the video!
You'd be sharing we me a 33 year old secondary school teacher working at a school in Hanwell.
I teach English and Drama although just Drama at the moment.
I think of myself as a chilled out, friendly and respectful flatmate.
I moved to Ealing nearly three years ago for work.
I left most of my friends and family back in Hackney and I tend to go and visit them at least 1 weekend a month.
In September I will be going semi part time at work (having every other Friday off) so I am very likely to be gone every other weekend from then.
I’m also gone for most of the school holidays.
During these times you’d have free run of the place :)
I’m looking for someone that’s friendly, chilled out and respectful - up for the odd catch up over a cuppa or binge watch session.
Someone that's going to treat the flat as their home :)
This is not a party flat at all!
I’ve lived in the flat for nearly 3 years and it’s honestly a lovely place to live!
Happy to share with couples for a slight rent increase however, couples would need to feel ok with only one of their names being on the official lease as the landlord wants just two people on the lease.
I’m also happy for a Monday to Friday let for a slight decrease in rent which we could discuss.
As I’m out of the house a lot I’m ideally looking for someone who also works out of the house for most of their working week.
I’ve just found that this keeps bills low :)
Please do drop me a message if you think you'd be a good fit and would like to arrange a viewing or have any questions
Unfortunately, I’m not accepting families or students.
Issy :)
