Description
WOMEN PREFERRED!
I’m looking for a lodger to share my flat with.
The property is next to Ealing Hospital.
Your room + bathroom:
- Double Bed
- Desk & Chair
- Mirror
- Large wardrobe
- Extra storage in alcoves
- Carpeted
- Private detached bathroom, with bathtub
The flat:
The flat is very spacious and we will be sharing the living room and kitchen spaces. The kitchen diner has all built in appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer. I also have small appliances to share: toaster, kettle, air fryer, instant pot, hand mixer. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, glasses, cookware, utensils, bowls, plates and mugs. There isn’t any space for more stuff so keep that in mind please.
The living room is quite large and is equipped with a tv & electric fireplace. There are two sofas for lounging.
Bills:
ALL bills are included: council tax (band D), gas, electricity, water, internet.
Transport Links:
Buses (8 minute walk): 195, 207, 483, N83, N207, SL8, 92, 282
Tube (20 minute walk): Elizabeth Line
Ealing Broadway is a short 15 minute bus ride away and has these tubes: District, Central, Elizabeth and GWR trains.
Boston Manor is a 10 minute bus ride away and is on the Piccadilly line.
Local Amenities:
- There is a local SPAR for any urgent grocery items you may need.
- Other grocery stores nearby: Lidl, Sainsbury’s
- Ealing Broadway has many grocery stores: Morrisons, M&S, Tesco, Tian Tian
- There are lots of gyms in the area: Golds, Energym, Gymbox, Anytime Fitness, Gym Group, Triyoga
- My favorite part about living in Hanwell is the Grand Union Canal and abundance of green spaces. Walking along the canal is always so peaceful and there are several parks nearby which are accessible and safe.
About you:
I’m looking for a young professional in the same age range as myself. I don’t drink alcohol and I prefer to live with someone who won’t keep alcohol or drink at home. This is NOT a party flat, but having guests over for a meal or coffee is okay. The lodger should keep their room and bathroom clean, and we can take turns cleaning the common areas. I’d like to live with someone who will treat the flat with respect. This is a home, not your typical house share. If you think you’re a good fit, let me know. I’m not in a rush to fill the room as I’d like to live with the right kind of person.
Thanks!
