Flat to share , St Margarets

Hello , I am looking for a trustful person to share my flat. I have another tenant living with me who work from home. twice a week. I work for an airline( part-time) and I am currently living with my family abroad so I only come to London to work. Therefore, you will mainly share the flat with the other tenant. The room available is spacious ( double size) with a large wardrobe and a desk if needed. The room is fitted with a single bed with storage underneath. I am looking for a caring person who likes to live in a clean and quite environment and can be sociable too. Free parking available, communal garden, shops , bus and train few minutes away. Underground and Overground 15 minutes by walk ( Richmond station)
