It's in a great location for Richmond and Twickenham and an easy commute to town.

I would consider taking someone Monday to Friday for £500 ono

The room is fully furnished with a large TV, desk and shelves. Towels and bedlinen can be provided.
At the moment there is a single bed, with another one underneath which can make up to a large double, However If you like the room and would prefer a double bed please get in touch as this could be an option if you are staying long term.

Share with one vegetarian female, and one guy.

There is plenty of storage space in the room, kitchen and bathroom (and some space in the loft) Safe bike storage too.

There are 2 bathrooms and there is loads of space to hang washing both inside and out!

2 Patios- one by the river.
On-street permit parking available, £55 p. a.
Weekly cleaner and bills included.

RENT INCLUDES:

Shared use of large kitchen/dining room. Bathroom
Electricity, water, heating, wi-fi, and Virginmedia.
All mod cons eg dishwasher, excellent washing machine, microwave etc.

Underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs

I'm looking for someone who is preferably vegetarian (or vegan) or at least is prepared not to cook meat or fish here please.

2 mins walk to H37 Bus to Richmond /Hounslow
5-10 minute walk to mainline train to Waterloo with trains every 15 minutes from St Margarets.
15 mins walk across the Thames to Richmond town centre and station.

Handy for Twickenham Stadium, Kew Gardens, Royal Mid-Surrey Golf Course, West Mid Hospital, Ham House, Richmond Park and so much more!
