The bedroom is furnished with a king sized ottoman bed, beside tables, two sets of drawers (not in photo), wardrobe and a 45 inch Samsung Smart TV mounted on the wall. The room further benefits from its own shower room across the hall, please note the shower room is also used as the downstairs cloakroom.

Off street parking is available if you need it and full use of the rear enclosed garden all included within the rent.

The whole house has been renovated throughout, you will have your own fridge in the kitchen and yr own drawer in the freezer, there is a utility room on the ground floor with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

We have a cute but slightly crazy cockapoo so anyone interested must like dogs.

Sam has two children, a daughter of 14 and a son of 12 who visit and stay over on a regular basis at the weekends.

We are very house proud and keep a VERY clean and tidy home, we are non smokers

The house is walking distance to the River Thames (5 mins), Staines Town Centre (20 mins), Train Station (15 mins), Thames Club Gym (5 mins ) Retreat Pub (5 mins) and Co Op (2 mins)
