Also benefits from allocated parking space at the rear of the property (off street parking). All bills are inclusive. Electricity sockets are run off a standard rate meter in the flat (around £8-£10 a week for normal use) and a weekly cleaner for communal areas.
Laundry area with the use of washing machines / tumble dryers is located outside of the flat (communal use). There is also space for bicycle storage in the garage if required.
