The property is in close proximity to Staines town centre and all its amenities, including a mainline train station.
If you are aged 21+ we are able to offer you this accommodation on a rent free basis (please note that your weekly utility bill will be in the region of £25.00); in return you will act as a role model for young people and vulnerable adults with variety of needs that live in the same block of flats. You will provide a presence as the on-site responsible adult, and complement the support offered by our staff; in addition to some health and safety responsibilities.
We offer full support throughout the living experience as this is not a job but rather a volunteering opportunity which sets a good example for young and vulnerable adults and ensures a positive experience for all concerned.
