Situated on the top floor of the flat building, it has a large shared living room, with a balcony over-looking the shared green areas.

The flat is only five minutes to the Train Station, and bus stop only down the road, with routes going to many locations, including Kingston, Woking, Royal Holloway and Heathrow. It only takes around half an hour to arrive into London.

The master bedroom contains a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and storage unit. The rest of the flat is furnished, the sitting room is large, tv and a balcony.

The kitchen includes washing machine, tumble dryer, oven with stove, microwave and of course fridge freezer. The kitchen offers lots of storage space for food and kitchen appliances. There are two closets by front door that offers a lot of storage.

The rooms is unfurnished however the owners are open to install a bed if required.
