Riverside flat with beautiful view.

I am looking for a professional person to rent the small double room in my two bedroom flat. It measures 2.4m by 3.1 m and there is a built in wardrobe in an additional alcove. It currently has a single bed which extends to a double with large storage drawers underneath. There is also a large chest of drawers. The room is available from the 4th December, possibly earlier. I am on the first floor in a small block of eight, with quiet, friendly, considerate neighbours. The property overlooks a peaceful stretch of the River Thames. It is in a convenient position - approx. 15 mins walk along the towpath to Staines town, and 15 mins to the station. There is ample free parking space on the nearby residential road. I would be happy to accept short term lets or a Monday to Friday lodger @ £25 a night. I look forward to hearing from you.
