Stunning location, free for some help around house

Large spacious house on the river thames, minutes walk from town centre, and lammas park, the house over looks the river Thames, so you get to enjoy, from the balcony or terrace, watching river life, which is always interesting, from rowing, to kingfishers and the gin palaces floating by

double bedroom with single bedroom also, you get both, so you can work in one if you wish, and sleep in other, tv point in bedroom and family bathroom next door which is for your use (95% of time, unless guest staying in other room)

i am looking for a house guest, you get free accomodation, and in return, you look after the dog when i am out, only walks at the weekend, he has company in the week, when i am out and you do the cleaning, ironing, and food shopping, we split the bill,
you get to save a fortune, and for about 3-4 hours help required per week.

i am looking for the right person to share, and more about personality and respect, of home and space.
Age wise, probably 30 plus as i dont want to be your parent, and or teacher, on how to cook and clean, and yes looking after the dog, means picking up.......

Someone social, and in a regular job is key

the ideal person will work standard hours, monday to friday, and be looking to save cost of living, for their own choice.

I can be quite social, though enjoy my own space to, though mostly i am out in week, so cooking together on average might be only 2-3 times per week.

you will need to understand, how to clean, and keep clean, and have a laugh too.

I own my own company and also a semi pro photographer, plus organise social events in london.
