One bed annexe in quiet riverside bungalow.

The annexe comprises a furnished double bedsit, with ensuite shower/toilet. There is also a basic kitchenette (fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster etc.) Separate entrance.

The bungalow is shared with the landlady, a quiet older professional (part-retired); there is no access to the main part of the bungalow, so no shared living room, for example.

Looking for a quiet, single tenant, professional or mature student. Occasional overnight guests may be acceptable, but not on a regular basis.

Note there are no laundry facilities. There is broadband but no telephone or TV point at present.
