Happy & Very Clean Females Profs House share.

Hi welcome to an independent pleasant and clean quiet females professionals house share. In this type of house share you can be in the house and you don't see any one for like a week😂 You hear house mates coming and going but because people do different shifts and most professional when they come home they just want to be in their comfortable rooms. (Don't get me wrong house mates have House mates barbecue parties to catch up from time to time😂) I have 7years experience in letting rooms to young professionals and mature students. From many countries including UK. SPAIN. AUSTRALIA NEW ZEALAND INDIA POLAND AND FRANCE. LODGERS FROM VARIOUS Professions INCLUDING PHD STUDENTS TO TEACHING STAFF AND NANDOS MANAGERS. I have a background experience of working with MERCEDES BENZ GROUP AND THE NHS BOTH IN CUSTOMER CARE. No kids in this house or family living in the house. My girlfriend has her own place. 😊I am caring considerate and I don't bring friends to the house. 🏡We meet outside in bar or restaurant and everyone goes to their house after. Looking for lodgers who keep them selves to them selves and are looking for a nice place to stay. I used to do both male and female house share but I now only take females as it's peaceful and quiet this way. House mates have Own bathroom space Kitchen cupboard space and private fridge in kitchen. Unlike en-suite which one person uses and most professionals don't have time to clean their en-suite everyday therefore bacteria build up fast. In our house share every house mate cleans bathroom for 1 minutes after a shower with DOMESTOS which kills all bacteria and viruses.. Then every Friday the whole bathroom is deep cleaned. so bathroom is super (bacteria free) hygienic damp free and of course the whole house 🚿🏡👍 2 toilets & large kitchen with TV and sitting area . if you have done house share before at University level or post uni level or if you haven't done house share before you will feel right at home in this house share😂. House mates are sociable nice and respectful of each others Space. 2mins to bus stop and safe green park. 2mins to shops entertainment amenities LIBRARY and 7mins to jubilee line tube.
Stanmore is a very safe nice area of North West London accessible to all transport network in London. 30mins to Central London. No deposit required but references required. Ps. If you want to move in at a later date you can reserve the room.
