I am looking for a considerate, tidy, professional to share my home with. The room is a large downstaris double bedroom in a beautifully extended bungalow. It has been newly refurbished to a very high standard. You will have sole access to ground floor shower/bath facilities.
There is a shared open plan lounge and kitchen. There is also a lovely sunny, quiet rear garden.
There are good transport links in the area, Stanmore underground station is easily reached by bus in 5 minutes or by 15-20 minutes walk and Harrow and Wealdstone Station is 1mile away with direct trains into Euston in under 15mins. The M1 can be accessed easily by a 10 minute drive.
Great takeaway restaurants and bars within walking distance including fantastic Indian bar/restaurant and London's award winning Fish & Chip shop!!!
We work full time within the construction business and enjoy running and other sports most evenings.
The room is available immediately to a professional person.
The rent would be £600 per calendar month. Bills and WiFi included. Parking on the drive as well as ample parking on street outside the house.
I would consider shorter rent time, like 3 months if required.
I would require a months rent as deposit and references.
