Female for Zone 5 Single Room, March-Sep

I have moved back home, so am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my contract! 😄

18th March - 18th September

Rent is £457 a month with bills at around £80 - £90 a month. The deposit is £529.

Flatmates:
Living with two LGBTQ housemates in their 20s, looking preferably for a woman for the third room. One is a meat-eater, and one a veggie. They will enjoy both hanging out with you, and also having alone time!

The house:
A semi-detached property set across 2 floors. The room offered is a single bedroom which has a bed frame, wardrobe, mirror and shelving. It can be provided unfurnished if you prefer (only the wardrobe is part of the original furnishing). There are also two closets in the house for more storage if needed.
There is a large living room with TV, 2 sofas and a dining table which is perfect for socialising, exercising and working from home.
The kitchen is separate with a washing machine, and the bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower.
The front patio area has plants, table and chairs, which is perfect for working from home when sunny!

The area:
Located in Stanmore (HA7), the Jubilee Line is a 5-minute walk away. 10 minutes to Wembley park, half an hour to Baker Street. The high street is just a 2 minute walk away and has a Lidl, Sainsbury’s and Nando's. 4 different green spaces all a walking distance (google 'Friends of Canons Park' for one example).

To note:
For the agency credit check, you’ll need to be in full-time employment with a salary of at least £1,200 per month. Applications under this are considered, but you’ll need to pay the tenancy in full.
You’ll also need to show proof of ID (passport).
