I'm looking for a (preferably gay male) flatmate to move into this two-bedroom second-floor apartment conveniently located moments away from local shops, parks, and transport links.

The modern apartment comprises of large and bright reception room with open plan kitchen (built-in fridge/freezer and oven) which leads to the balcony, two double bedrooms and a large shared bathroom.

The property also contains storage cupboards with ample space for everything and a washer dryer.

Canons Park Station is less than five minutes away. The Jubilee Line takes 30 minutes to Green Park Station and is open for 24 hours on the weekend.

I would prefer to live with a fellow gay male and non smoker for ease and comfort. The room is only for single occupants, not couples.
