Spare room for occupancy

SingleSpare room to be occupied with garden, use of kitchen, bathroom and 2 toilets. Home is well looked after, clean and affordable.
Stanmore station is 5-10mins away and bus service is excellent only 2 mins away.
The area is quiet, lots of greenery and beautiful place to love with a library, coffee shops, hairdressers, supermarkets, high street banks and a lovely park to relax in.
I am looking for someone honest, clean and tidy. I can prepare meals if you like and expect to be paid on time every week/month as required. Your payment will include bills. Anything broken or damaged will be replaced by yourself .
