I’m a tenant in a gorgeous top floor flat. I have a really bright and airy, recently redecorated unfurnished double bedroom with HUGE built-in wardrobes up for let for the right person 🥰 I’m looking for someone for June 14th, or maximum 25th June

So I’m looking for someone who has a similar vibe to me, preferably around the same age (but not a deal breaker!), would enjoy an alcoholic (or non-alcoholic) beverage in the evenings and someone who can treat the flat as a home, rather than just a place to stay 🥳

There is a separate bathroom to the toilet which I love and the lounge is huge and filled with plants! I also have a little office space too if you need to WFH. The kitchen is by far my favourite as it’s massive and has so much storage space and a gas hob cooker!!

The actual room is spacious enough for a double bed and other furnishings! As it's a top floor flat it's also super private, so there won't be anyone walking past etc.

The flat itself is right near Strawberry Hill station (like a 5 min walk!) and the area is really lovely for walks/runs. Lots of shops nearby, got a big Homebase and a Sainsbury's!

The ideal flatmate is someone who is up for a laugh, doesn't take themselves too seriously and is willing to put up with all my plants, present and future 🌱. There is a possibility I may get a cat in the future so cat-friendly people only!

I also have a private outside roof laundry area which is only used by myself and the lovely lady in the flat opposite, and have a private secure shed for storage and/or a bike.

Little about me, I’m a 27 y/o gay guy, I work in finance in New Malden (currently hybrid) and I love my job. I’m super chill and really easy to get along with, I love cooking and love coffee even more. I’m really not looking for that weird flatmate dynamic where neither of us talks to each other 👼🏼

So the contract:
You will have a yearly rolling contract (assured shorthold tenancy) - this will include a joint tenancy agreement between you, myself and the live out landlord (btw she’s super lovely), you’d need to provide a work reference (if you can’t provide one a personal reference will do, but just isn’t preferred), and may be subject to a credit check, which is done by a third party, however, you will need to provide your most recent payslip as proof of income. You’ll also need a passport or a driving licence from the country you’re from for identity purposes only.

And sorry but no existing pets as the landlord isn't sure about them yet, or any couples (I'm so sorry but the flats not big enough for 3 people full-time) :(
