I have 2 lovely double rooms in a three bedroom house with shared kitchen (own fridge) and bathroom with wc and a separate WC as well. one of the the bedroom is fully furnished and the other can be furnished or you can bring your own furniture. There is a garden to enjoy in the spring/summer months. The house has central heating and is fully double glazed, wifi broadband is available. There is only one other occupant at present. The house is based in between two underground stations (Sudbury Town - zone 4 Piccadilly line (5 to 10 min walk) and North Wembley zone 3 Bakerloo line (5 - 10 min walk)). The price per month is £560 inclusive of all bills. Our house is very warm and homely, close to shops, bus stops etc. May consider house trained pets Call or email for further information. P.
