XD new housemates needed

Hi Peeps :D we at 62 are looking for a cool and quirky person to share a gay friendly mixed house full of quirks and mischief. :D As pointed out the date the room opens up will be 30th of November and we meaning me (Ollie) and the live in land lord Satish will do our best to contact anyone as soon as possible and show people round the house and allow you to meet everyone if possible.

The Room is £75 per week per person and there is a deposit of one months rent. We are located 5-10 minutes walk from North Wembley station, Wembley Central station and Sudbury Town station. (Bakerloo line and Piccadilly line) So excellent transport links. Apart from this on a night out it is always useful to know that the N18 travels from Trafalgar square all the way to Wembley Central so that is quite useful!!!

Now a little bit about the house rules ... we like to keep things clean so we are looking for people who will generally be clean and tidy !! We are all laid back but not to the point where we encroach upon others space or are to lapsed to clean up after ourselves so it is sort of important to us we find someone that we can have a joke around with but also will be respectful of the housemates space.

So in the house we have the landlord Satish, Adele, John, Mousa (Moustafa we cannot pronounce his full name) and obviously there is me ... writing this add to interest all you quirky peeps out there XD. We are all relaxed and we all chill in the living room in the evening as most of us work, i am the only member to go to university :D!! Apart from this we have been known to be quite close and go on the random night out together if we all can, apart from this we are generally a very sociable bunch XD
