Hi, I am looking for a housemate. I own the house and live alone. There is a spare double room with furnishing. Shared bathroom and living room/kitchen area. I am in my final few months of nursing degree so am out working and studying. I am looking for someone clean and respectful with a job.

Parking available on road. Hampton station and sunbury station are a 5/10 minute drive or 15/20 walk. Bus stop 2 minute walk away.
