Lovely Large Family house central Teddington

I have a lovely ground floor double room available to rent. The rent is 850
.including all bills broadband & weekly cleaner and all cleaning materials and sundries. I like to keep a tidy home and do a lot of cooking. I am single mum with two boys (10 & 12) and we have 4 lovely cats and a mad dog !We are looking for a happy, friendly lodger who is happy to share a nice chat on a sunny evening. I am also willing to pay you extra for or the odd dog walk and watching/babysitting the boys occasionally . We are a busy and lively house and happy for you to feel like part of the family. We have had lodgers for 6 years and all have been so lovely and really added to our house. I like to keep a clean and tidy house so would be good if you did too! Our last lodger is like part of our family and we are very sad to see her go. We are all very warm and welcoming.
