Large Light En-Suite Loft Room With Roof Top Views

I have a lovely large loft room available on the top floor of our 4 bed Victorian terrace. It is the only room on that floor and therefore offers lots of privacy.
It's a good size house with plenty of space in the living room, kitchen and garden. I live with my two children age 7 and 5, who are great fun but, crucially, both in bed by 7.30pm and sleep through the night!
I'm looking for someone who is friendly and easy going but who is also fairly self-sufficient and responsible. This house would probably suit a professional, or student, who keeps similar hours to me (my clubbing days are over). It would be nice to get along and share the odd meal/drink/tv show together every once in a while though.
In terms of amenities, the room is fully furnished and has a tv and good internet access.
The kitchen is well equipped and your own cupboard and area of the fridge would be made available.
The garden is a good size and SW facing.
Convenience stores and other local shops are just round the corner or a 10 min walk to Teddy High St.
Fab to have Bushy Park and Teddington Lock so close too.

TRANSPORT:
We are a 10 min walk to either Teddington or Strawberry Hill rail stations, which take you to Waterloo in 38mins.
Alternatively, a 2 minute walk to the bus which takes you on the fast train into Waterloo from Twickenham in 23 mins.
30 mins door to door on the bus to Kingston upon Thames (cycle in 17) or Richmond. 20mins on the bus to Twickenham.
St Mary's University is 5 mins walk away and NPL 10 mins away.
We have permit-free parking on the street or secure place to put a bike.
