Large room in bright flat

This room is big and bright, has a king size bed and lots of wardrobe space. Bushy park, river walks, two stations and a great high street all in walking distance.
FEMALES preferred and must be ok with a cat that is playful but also quite erratic. 😬
We are a friendly mum (teacher+student) and daughter household and have enjoyed having lodgers over many years. A good stepping stone for students moving out for the first time. Available beginning September but flexible on start and possibly term.
