Accommodation:
The bedroom 1 total £750-£800 some bills included available from 01/07/2020
large size double room, bright, very comfortable King size bed with storage, Wi-Fi & Ethernet access, full-size mirror, wardrobe, bedside table, Chest of draws & desk. Armchair & TV/DVD, Aerial. The option of own Virginmedia Tivo in the room for £20 extra.

If required Bedding including pillows, towels can be supplied if needed.

The minimum period we would look to let for is 3 months and the lease can be extended. The room would suit a bright positive professional who is clean, tidy and considerate, non-hermit. This is not a hotel it is a home, so treated as you would your home! Welcome a chat, a glass of wine, watch a movie or share a meal, but be assured that privacy and personal time will be respected.

Bills: household bills included: internet, TV license, electricity, gas, and water, unless otherwise stated, council tax depending on housing requirement for example Mon-Fri. All bills are monthly review. The bills are in our name and they will be paid promptly.

House:
It is a large house over three floors. There is a shared spacious kitchen (Including dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer), dining room (TV with Virginmedia full movie & sports package & high-speed optic fibre internet..), family bathroom, shower room with WC & a WC. Large back garden perfect for BBQ & storage space in the shed for a bike...

Location:
There are transport links to central London only a few minutes walk away, Fulwell Station and Teddington Station (38mins door to door bank station area). Heathrow airport is within easy reach drive or public transport, Close to Teddington's NPL & LGC and there are wide choices for shopping and leisure activities nearby such as Richmond and Kingston. Teddington and Hampton also have a variety of shops, restaurants and sports clubs. For those who love nature Bushy Park is a walk away and Richmond Park a short drive. There is parking in the street and those surrounding where no residents permit is necessary. (Free on-street parking).

REQUIRED DOCS:
a one-month deposit will secure the room before and during occupancy. First month's rent paid before moving in date. we would like your ID/passport and references/documents from your employer and own place of residence to be presented for security reason.

About us:
I enjoy cooking others enjoy eating it ;-), photography, going to the theatre, going to the rugby, bike ride in bushy park, all things tech (end up helping my friends with their tech also)as work in the technology sector bit of a geek, going to the local pub for a drink or food, or open a bottle of wine and watch a movie. We also have cats.
