Large double room and large bathroom to rent

I have a recently refurbished Victorian House with a spare double bedroom to rent.

I work from home so would suit someone who works and I also have three small, clean dogs. So ideally someone who loves dogs.

The house is very close to Bushy Park and a parade of shops. Hampton Wick station is around 10 minutes walk and Teddington High street 10-15 minutes walk.

The house is spacious and on three floors- the spare room and bathroom are on the middle floor with my bedroom and bathroom on the top floor. So is fairly private.

There are two living rooms and so plenty of space to have our own space. I am fairly social so often have visitors but also very clean and tidy.

I would hope to have someone clean and tidy , who wants to live in a nice environment. There is a cleaner who comes weekly and a gardener too. There is a small shed in the garden if anything needs to be stored there.

The bedroom has fitted wardrobes and drawers- there is plenty of space to add more furniture too. The bathroom has a large walk in shower and underfloor heating.
