Double room between Strawberry Hill and Twickenham

Hi there! I have a spare room for rent on the 2nd (top) floor of the end of terrace house. It is the only bedroom on this floor. There is also a bathroom, freezer and plenty of storage space on the same floor. The house is about 17 years old. There are two more bedrooms on the 1st floor: one of them is mine, the other one is occupied by a female tenant. Ground floor has kitchen, bathroom and living room leading to the garden. There is no TV in the house, but there are speakers and 24" computer screen. On street parking is free all the time except 8:30 - 10:30 week days. There is also:
- off street parking that can be shared with another tenant and
- space for a bike in a shed.
The kitchen is quite small, but there is a separate fridge and some storage space for the tenant. The house is quite close to a railway. You can hear trains passing by every half an hour.
The quickest way to central London is SW trains: 40-50 minutes to Waterloo (15-20 min walk + 20-30 min on the train).
I'm laid back, sociable professional working 9 to 6. In my spare time I do sports (swimming, cycling, basketball, football), yoga, dance salsa and bachata :-)
