THE HOUSE

The house comes fully furnished with a large shared kitchen diner and a living room with a 55-inch Samsung smart 4K TV with catch up, play back and 350 Mbps Ultra fast Internet throughout.

The kitchen has a range cooker with 7 burners and 3 ovens and all kitchen equipment and utensils are provided.

The high spec boiler with a pressurised hot water system will ensure hot water is available at all times while keeping the house nice and cosy in the winter.

All rooms have smoke alarms and fire doors for your own safety.

Weekly cleaning of communal spaces and gardener as required.

Female preferred for this room as we want the right mix and balance in the house.
