Large double room available in friendly flat share

A large double room is available in central Twickenham, close to the river, Twickenham high street and Marble Hill park. The flat is a 10 minute walk from Twickenham and St Margret's train stations, and we also have a bus stop right outside the flat with regular buses. It is a 15 minute walk into Richmond.

There is a Co op right across the road (very handy!), 2 minute walk up to the high street, with lots of pubs and restaurants close by.

The flat has a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and seperate toilet.

There are 2 other girls currently living in the flat, one age 25 and the other 28. It’s a very sociable flat. We love to cook together, enjoying a glass (or 2) of wine in the evenings, watching Netflix together, gym etc.

Bills are approx. £90 a month and there is a one off payment of £150 upon moving in for the admin fee.

The room is available from the 21st July. Our current flat mate is leaving as she is relocating with work.
