Room available in two-bedroom flat in Richmond

I have a room available in my two bedroom flat in Richmond/St Margarets,

The ground-floor flat is fully furnished, with a lot of light and very comfortable. There is one shared bathroom with a bathtub, and a spacious shared living room overlooking the street with a big TV with internet access.

The room available has a double bed, closet and a chest of drawers. and a big window that lets in lots of light and overlooks the back garden (no access to that garden).

It is a 15 min walk from Richmond station where you can take the District line and Overground, and a 15 min train to Waterloo. It is 5 min walk from St Margaret's station, and in front of a bus stop with many routes to nearby areas and central London.

I am a student and also work full-time, so I am normally very busy, but sometimes I spend my evenings just relaxing in the living room.
