The bedroom is single, with a spacious antique pine wardrobe and a pine chest of drawers. The rent is inclusive of all bills and council tax. A non-smoker female is preferred to share with two other considerate, clean and friendly females. They have a double room of their own each, and the third single room is now available. Conservative, attentive and quiet neighbors.
