Amazing room in a quiet annex in Twickenham

I am looking for a quiet, respectful and friendly woman to take over my flatmate's room in a two bedroom flat in Twickenham at the beginning of January.
The room is in a cozy annex which means you won't have loud neighbours right beside you, below, or above you. The room is a great size, with a single bed already provided, and some furniture, but it's ready for you to make it your home. If you have furniture of your own, there is space to add and give your room your own personality. There is also a new washing machine and there is a brand new, stainless steel gas stovetop. The room has lots of natural light and looks out into the garden. You can use the garden on a sunny day to sit out and relax. In general, the house has been recently updated tastefully and has a relaxed and welcoming vibe.
Location: TK Maxx, ASDA, Tesco and other shops are all less than 10 minute walking distance away. The high street of Twickenham and the train station is only a 10-15 minute walk away. There are multiple bus stops just minutes away and it is super easy to get around. Richmond is only a 25 min walk away and you can get on the District or Overground from there
Price: The rent is £562.50 with most bills included. Bills not included are wifi (£12.50 each paid to our landlord) and council tax (£62). So in total it is £637 monthly. Refundable deposit is £649.

About me: I am a 26 old Swedish actress, but speak French and English fluently. It's essential to note that this is not a “party” household and it's more quiet, though I love to socialize and chat as well. I’m rather active so if you like to work out then you will have a fantastic workout buddy! The landlords live in the house that is separated from the annex by a garden, and they are brilliant. They respond very quickly and are always willing to help out and care about you on a personal level.
