A room to let in a friendly, quiet centrally located residential flat in Twickenham. This is not a party flat and you would be sharing with two professionals.

Flat share includes sharing kitchen, bathroom, lounge. The flat has been newly carpeted, and has new fridge/freezer and washing machine. We have all kitchen cookware/utensils which we share.

Room for rent has furnishings which you can use unless you wish to get your own.
Rent per month is £517.00. The bills work out at approximately £100.00 per month in addition to the rent (Slightly more in the winter months).

Shops are 5 minute walk and approximately 10 minute walk to Twickenham or St Margaret's train station.

We are looking for a person who has good hygiene habits, pays bills on time and considerate to other people.
