Large room OR 2 smaller rooms to let

The property is located in a quiet residential area with a cosy patio at the back and grassy garden at the front. The shared facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath/shower and another small toilet. It is a few minutes walk from bus stops going in all directions as well as a large Lidl for your grocery needs.
We are a professional couple who work mostly from home and we are also the property caretakers. We live on the ground floor, where the shared facilities are. Upstairs we have either one large room OR a medium and small room to let, depending purely on your preference! The other room(s) will not be let, as they will be our home office.
Couples are welcome for an additional amount to cover increased bills.
We would love to find someone with a relaxed and mature attitude, preferably an animal lover.
