I'm leaving my current place of almost 3 years as I would like to move somewhere more North. You will be sharing only the kitchen and living room with 4 other guys.

If you work from home and you need more space then there is an office room right next to my room that comes at an extra cost (last time i checked it was £50/month extra) but it is unfurnished.

There is a driveway (subject to first come first served as other flatmates drive as well) and there's is plenty of free off street parking as well.

Big kitchen with 2 hobs and 2 ovens and comfy living room.

Big garden with a trampoline.

Cleaners come once every fortnight for the shared areas and gardener comes to cut the grass so you don't have to worry about that.

New occupant:

You must be in full time employment (for single occupancy only)

Subject to a referencing process and will be required to pay 1
weeks rent to reserve the room which would then be credited to the first month's rent once complete

A one-off contribution of £150 for Council Tax is required upon signing of the contract. This will be the only payment for Council Tax no matter how long you stay in the property.

12-month contract with a 6-month break clause.

First and last month's rent is payable once contracts are signed.
