A double room in a shared flat

Hi, I am looking for a new lodger to share with my 3 bedroom flat close to Strawberry Hill station, Twickenham.

Available to move in immediately.

I currently have a female lodger living in the flat.

The 2nd spare room is not en-suite, but it comes with a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space, and a desk. You will need to bring your own bed linens and towels. Everything else is shared, including the kitchen and cooking equipment and the living room.

Please note that on-street parking requires a residents permit from the council.

Rent £900 per month all bills included

There is no deposit required but payment is a month in advance with one month notice.
