Room in Shared House In Twickenham

I’m a professional musician living on my own in the house and I’m looking for a housemate for the next few months but possibly longer. The room is on the first floor at the front of the house and has a shower room right next door - I use the shower occasionally but otherwise this will only be used by you. The location is near Twickenham Green with good bus connections to the surrounding areas and on street parking. There are several really nice pubs in walking distance and Crane Park is 2 mins walk away and is fantastic for running.

Currently provided in the room is a small double bed; a wardrobe with storage and a desk.

I’m looking for someone easy-going and friendly who will respect and look after the house if I’m away, keep the kitchen and bathroom clean and tidy, and who won’t make excessive noise after 10:00…it’s kind of a quiet area at night.

All bills and broadband are included - parking is residents only directly outside the house so you could either pay for a permit or park a little down the road where there are no restrictions.
