Looking to rent our large spare room for a dog loving ( hypoallergenic, shed free ) friendly person
This is an established flat share and it would be great to find someone who is happy to fit in

These days we ventilate well and are responsible regarding COVID and hygiene

The room is larger than it looks, I’m told - it is furnished including a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers x2 and dresser
Happy to swop / add if required including a desk for those working from home
There is fast internet throughout - including the garden ( which has seating, electric and a large weatherproof parasol )

We share a kitchen / diner with sofa, bathroom, utility area ( separate washer and dryer) and garden

We are less than a 4 minutes walk from the local post office, Independent shops, cafes, a lovely health food shop, Tesco Express, restaurants and train station

Although we are in the heart of St Margarets village, we are still just a short walk from both bustling Richmond and Twickenham. We are very close to Kew Gardens, Richmond and Bushy parks as well as the river - with lots of lovely walks . Marble Hill park is a 10 min walk with the riverside

There is literally something for everybody in this location and we really couldn’t wish for a better place to live
