It's a 1 minute walk to the river and there are gorgeous views over Twickenham, the riverside and York House gardens and tennis courts.

Twickenham station is 5 mins walk away (and the fast train is 23 mins to London Waterloo) and Richmond is only 10 minutes by bus (bus stop 1 minute from door). St Margarets is only 10 minutes walk away.
