Beautiful en-suite master double bedroom available in Victorian terrace cottage.

The house has recently been renovated with new bathrooms, carpets and brand new fitted kitchen, which includes large glass bi-fold doors opening onto a private south facing garden - see pictures. There is even a wood burning stove!

The house is a 10 minute walk to Twickenham station and 2 minutes from Twickenham Green. At the bottom of the road there is a Tesco Metro and other local amenities (bakers, fishmongers, florist, etc) are easily accessible on the high street.

I am a 32 year old deputy head teacher, who works locally. I have spent the last two years renovating the house and am now looking to share it with a tidy and considerate flatmate. I enjoy reading the papers, drinking tea and own one too many bicycles.

I am looking for someone who will treat the house as a home, happy to catch up after work but also be respectful of each other's private space. There is no preference for male or female but please no couples.

The en-suite room would be £700 per month (bills and the cost of a cleaner not included - I anticipate this will be about £150 per month) + deposit required. It comes fully furnished with a wardrobe, bed and chest of drawers. The room is available from the 1st September and short term / Monday - Friday lets would also be considered.
